END OF THE FOOTIE BLOGS 2012/13season
I end this year of footie blogs on a sad note. As a diehard
Liverpool supporter I understand the views of the modern day pansy supporters. But
I fail to summit to them. You get a player who wants to play…. But some types
clamber for football easy glory. Like the player who spends time on his hair or
gang rapes women after a night club binge.
But surely that is not right. As we line up on a Sunday
morning with hang overs from the night before. After losing the previous 8 games
.But maybe I am mislead as … Roy Keane
shouts out you prawn sandwich twat. That fucker was right.
The truth is for the first time in my life my club are
losing a player because of shit. It is his job to be a football player. A
football player he was. What is the game turning into? We pay thousands of pounds
in entry fees not to mention the travel. To watch football players play football
….Hard committed players giving 100%. Honest from all parts of the world the
best players. When they quote it is my job … To right it is your job. For
all of us …WHAT YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN ROLLER BALL …..It is better on the pitch
than on the street…….
We are Human beings …. What
happens on football on the pitch stays on the pitch ….If you think different you are a knob...Do not say think of the kids or you are a bigger knob ...We pay to watch the
players who are the best at their job. The difference we hope they don’t get
injured but they always do …. Only a few players never get injured …….(tends to
spook the pretend players ) ……Very rare
that players give 100% in every game they play and never get injured …….Think
on media don’t mess with the game to much …Otherwise your dinner will be
missing from the table .

We Must Retake the Throne
Another
frustrating season bites the dust. With only a slight improvement on the previous
season. With a closed season of anticipation already set in we tick the days
off on the calendar. But can we add
tempt or keep hold of are main assets to be a part of the squad next season??
With no European football at Liverpool Football Club next year it is going to be interesting. All are emphasis has got to be on clean sweep of domestic success. If it is there to win we must win it. Anyone who we want to keep or buy in we must convince them of a short sharp 2 year plan. Then the club can start moving forward at pace we are accustom with.
The owners (FSG) can really start the ball rolling with this movement by nailing the refurbishment plans for Anfield with some solid start dates. It will help to persuade quality players to take a chance to be part of something big. The Suarez situation if we can keep him for the start of the next season and he gets some games under his belt, I think it will be OK.But he will need some help as I said in a earlier blog http://styfnorm.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/suarez-value-for-money.html .
The kid needs to play football a lot of football.
But with the retirement of the Legend that is Jamie Carragher we need a centre
back cover. I think we could get Lugano in for a year on the cheap. He is on
loan at Malaga from PSG at the moment becomes a free agent in June. Surly the
captain of Uruguay could add some stability to Suarez. Plus Lugano could play a
roll like McAllister did some years back we won 5 cups that year.
Next season I would be happy if we added 4 quality players to the squad. A striker holding midfielder…. play maker midfielder.. and a centre back. With a huge push on the youth policy to bring 3 or 4 through that is in the perfect world. But now we can only dream with wish teams. But we all know it is going to be a huge season for the future of the club.
Ø Hillsborough inquiry
Ø Anfield Refurbishment
Ø Premiership Top 4 at least
Ø At least 1 domestic trophy
Ø Suarez his future
Ø 4 Quality players in 4 home grown
players through the ranks
The Throne of English Football back.

Huge Derby day
Today is a day for Glen Johnson to be on top of his game. His
forward runs will have to be timed to perfection. Everton’s main threat comes
on the left through Pienaar and Baines. If Johnston gets caught in no man’s land
we will be punished. He has to be on top of his game.
If so Downing can
push on more to link better with Sturridge. Coutinho has turned into a more striking
player with his tracking back impressive also. So Liverpool will be playing
today with 2 strikers. Gerrard will play in a deeper role with Lucas …with Everton’s
midfield being as strong as it is. This derby will be won on discipline. A win today
I can see Liverpool finishing above Everton.
Whatever happens it will be feisty as it always is …..

Life without Suarez
After all
the over the top shit about Suarez all week it is now back to the football for
the Reds. Suarez is going to be a big hole to fill’ but upwards an onwards with
Newcastle on Saturday. It is giving Sturridge the chance to shine.
He made a big difference against Chelsea when he came on. He is a clever player and getting stronger. He also has not had the chance to have a full game playing with an equally clever Coutinho. So after all the negativity this week this something all red supporters can look forward to. So how will Brendan Rodgers set up for the Newcastle game???.
This formation and tactics looks favourite. With the question how fit is Borini. He could link up well with Sturridge. If you’re thinking different you can make and post your own up anywhere using http://www.yourtactics.com/ free & share

Suarez value for money
As I have documented in many previous blogs I have watched Suarez
for over 5 years. He lives for his wife
little girl and Football. He never gets injured trains 7 days a week and gives
100% every game he plays. Now compare that too many football players who are on
100 grand a week strolling round the pitch as the money rolls in.
From the pockets of people who are struggling to make ends meet.
You get your money’s worth with Suarez week in week out. He might have gone
over the top with his passion in the Chelsea game. But at the end of the day
his buzz comes on pitch. Not from some tacky night spot fast cars picking up
bimbos drinking shagging around …getting nicked. His passion is football which
makes him a footballer who really does earn footballs high wage packet.
Unlike the likes of Emmanuel Adebayor, to name
but one who walks round in a lazy daze getting paid over a 100 grand for his trouble.
But he is just one there are many players in the Prem who are biting the hands
that feed them. They are ripping the supporters off which is one thing that is defiantly
not true of Suarez .
As for the incident in the Chelsea game . I have been
watching Suarez in the last couple of games. I could see this happening he has
got a lot of pent up passion. For the simple reason he not playing enough competitive
football.
He is at his best when
he is playing 3 games week with a 3 time zone flight in the middle . The first
2 thirds of the season he was doing that on a regular basis. Happy…. playing
well basically carrying Liverpool while still banging them in for Uruguay.
But with Liverpool having steadily falling out of competitions
his game schedule has ground to a halt. A huge frustration to player like Suarez.
It all came out in the biting incident not good ….But just as a smack head will rob your house to feed his/hers habit,
The lack of football has sadly had the same bad effect on Suarez. I have seen
it happen to him before. Liverpool as a club must help him with this problem’
keep him round the anger he is a special footballer. Build a team round him so
he is playing competitive games 3 times a week 8 months a year. That is all the
lad wants.
Before the Chelsea game I thought Suarez would be sold. But
now I am not so sure. We Liverpool Football Club are part of his family. We
pull together for our own as the whole football world knows so well . For his effort and commitment he has given to the club he deserves no less .

NOT ENOUGH GAMES SYNDROME
To make your own formation and tactics go to
http://www.yourtactics.com/ FREE & SHARE
Well here Liverpool go again on a mini winning streak. West Ham next with a slim chance left of a top 4 finish. With injury’s to Bale and Gallas on Thursday Tottenham’s job to maintain form looks harder. Rafa at Chelsea and the amount of games they are playing any think is possible. Not to mention we play Chelsea and Everton. So the Everton v Tottenham game at the weekend a draw would be good. West Brom host Arsenal who are no mugs at the Hawthorn’s as Liverpool found out the first match of the season.
But all this aside we have to win the West Ham game on Sunday.
As I take my seat on Sunday I will not have the right to win attitude about me.
I have got to get out of that habit things have changed at the moment. But I am
sure they will return but for now there is always the air of doubt.
One of the main problems I think facing Liverpool is the
fact we are playing very few games. More so for the likes of Suarez. Who would
be happy playing 5 games a week, then sill get bored on the other two days . I
don’t think I have not known Liverpool to have so few games. So hopefully new
tactics and longer to work on them is going to prove fruit full. Well we will
see on Sunday at least there is no Andy Carroll to worry about.
For the team itself you would be foolish to change it from
the Villa game. I thought it was a solid performance our first touch was a bit off , But that is a
symptom of having very few games. We have NOT ENOUGH GAMES SYNDROME …….So it
makes sense to play a team that is more accustom to playing competitive games. We
must keep up are end of the bargain by getting a solid win on Sunday then hope someone
slips up its happened before .
